Michael Kiley is a sound designer, composer and voice teacher living and working in the Philadelphia area. Apart from collaborating with dance and theatre companies, he is the founder of The Mural and The Mint, a free music project dedicated to unconventional performances and recordings. Most recently with TM&TM, he co-created an evening length performance entitled As the Eyes of the Seahorse, combining live music and modern dance into an immersive experience. Seahorse premiered at HERE Arts Center in SoHo, and was a collaboration with Nichole Canuso Dance Company, helmed by Kiley’s wife. Together they have a six year old whirlwind of a child named Simon.
