The Aliens

Isn’t it terrific when you know you are designing a play that takes place on the 4th of July, right when the holiday is coming up? I spent my holiday weekend procuring nice firework samples for my design of The Aliens coming up at the end of August for Theatre Exile. I’ve been using a Zoom H4 digital recorder and some binaural microphones for the most part. I’m super excited to create this very realistic world of the back of a coffee shop in Vermont.
